Who loves Teriyaki? We do!
Our love affair with Teriyaki began back in the late '80s in Seattle, a city famous for this iconic dish and style. Inspired to bring Teriyaki to Austin, we launched with a priority for local, fresh ingredients that aims for heartwarming flavor in every bite.
We embrace the traditional Japanese teriyaki technique, dating back to the 17th century "Edo" period, which involves grilling chicken marinated or glazed in our special homemade sauce.
Our mission is simple: Serve you delicious, high-quality, authentic Teriyaki that captures the spirit of Seattle in the heart of the Lone Star State.
